Custom Gifting

Do you have an order minimum for custom gifts?

The order minimum for custom gifts is $1200, inclusive of the design fee.

What’s the average cost of custom boxes?

The type of box and investment varies, but on average our customers spend $100 - $120 per box on custom orders.

Do you create made-to-order candle scents?

Yes, there are two options you have for made-to-order candle scents.

The first option is to choose from our current selection of fragrances and brand the packaging with your logo and label content.

The second option is to create a completely custom scent that will be complemented with your own packaging design.

Can you include my logo on the box?

Yes. Please provide an .eps of your logo and we will create a custom sticker for your package.

Can I send you some items I already have that I want in my box?

We’re happy to include items that you would like to include in your boxes. We’ll discuss this in the design process to ensure they will fit in the box and complement the other sourced items.

Can I store items with you or do they all have to be shipped at once?

Depending on the size of your order we may be able to store some boxes. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping

What are your delivery methods?

We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

How long does shipping take?

You will select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing from when you place your order. 

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We currently are only able to ship within the United States.

Can I buy multiple boxes and send them to different locations?

Absolutely! At checkout, you will be able to  list all shipping addresses and gift messages. If you have any questions you can always email us at hello@foxandflannel.com.

What happens to a delivery when the recipient is not there to receive it?

Our shipping methods do not require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery, the gift set will be left at the address given at checkout. F&F cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.

It says the delivery of my package was unsuccessful. Now what?

Tracking information is included with each order so that you can easily track the status of your box(es). If a delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address, we're happy to send a replacement and will charge for re-shipping.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our work all sales are final.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please email us at hello@foxandflannel.com with a description of the item that was broken and we will replace that particular item.

What if our recipient has a food allergy or other special requests?

Please note any other allergies or special requests in the Special Instructions section when you are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate. Please note that while we have taken the time to test and experience all of the products featured in every Fox & Flannel box, we cannot be held responsible for any issue the consumer may have with any given product, including but not limited to, allergic reactions or foodborne illness.

Do you ship chocolate during the summer months?

For hand-delivery orders
Melting is not an issue regardless of the time of year. 

For shipping orders
You may order chocolate at any time of the year. Please note that the quality of these items upon delivery cannot be guaranteed by Fox & Flannel. Fox & Flannel is unable to issue refunds as a result of melting regardless of the time of year even when cold packs are used.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For all web transactions, we gladly accept all major credit cards via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from Fox & Flannel.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales tax in accordance with the state of Maine. 

Can we purchase boxes at wholesale for our store/online shop?

While our gift boxes are not available for wholesale, our candles are! Please reach out at hello@foxandflannel for more information and our line sheet.
